The Golden Compass aka Northern Lights.. this will be the first film I've seen, where I've read the book first. I am so excited! It's such a good story.
I've heard really good things about it - I never seem to have time to read all the books that I want to read, I have this on audio book, so will hopefully listen to it on my next long trip and before the film comes out - but looking forward to the film!
Linda's been pestering me to read these books for ages. We watched the trailer at the link you posted on Facebook - it looks really good! I think I'll have to blow the dust off it and see if I can get it finished before the film come out!
